About Top Soil Install
Top soil installation is not 1 size fits all. We offer 3 different types of install packages. Each level is less work for you and in return just higher in cost. Packages are down below. The reason we have this is to make sure we can cater to the needs of all our customers. Each job is different with amount and location, so pricing is on a case by case basis.

Rent Tools & Equipment
For those homeowners that want to do the hard work but don’t have the tools to do it, this is for you. We have mini skid steers, landscaping rakes, wheelbarrows, shovels, brooms, you name it. We rent these out at great pricing so you don’t have to buy them brand new. Bundle it with your topsoil and sod, save on all of it!
Homeowner Does Final Touches
If you want to get the hard machinery out of the way, this is it. We move as much of the dirt with a skid steer (aka bobcat) and then we have you do the final rake. With top soil you need to move it with machinery and then rake it. This gets the first half done.
Full Service
Now, if you want a white glove service for us to come in and move the dirt, rake it, clean it all up and make sure you have the proper grade, this is it. While you are paying more in labor, sometimes it’s worth the extra money to hire the professionals.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is your turn around time on projects?
Depending on the time of year, this will vary. We try our best never to be more than 2 weeks out. Call us, and we will get you in as soon as possible. We like to get stuff done fast!
What payments do you take?
For equipment rentals, we only take cards. If damages occur, we put those on the card also. If we do the machine and or the hand raking, we take, cash, card, and checks.
